After a very successful May event Flow with Flowers is back!

A Soulful Sanctuary & The Leicestershire Flower Farm Collaboration

Join us for a serene and restorative afternoon set in the idyllic countryside surroundings of The Leicestershire Flower Farm. This one-of-a-kind workshop brings together the grounding practices of yoga and mindfulness with the joyful creativity of flower arranging.

What to Expect:
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with a refreshing drink before easing into a gentle mindfulness and breathwork session, guided by Emma from Soulful Sanctuary. This will help you ground yourself, set intentions, and prepare to fully enjoy the experience.

You'll then be guided through a calming Vinyasa yoga flow, suitable for all levels, designed to connect body and breath in the open air.

Create Your Own Hand-Tied Bouquet:
After yoga, enjoy a peaceful guided tour of the flower field with Charlotte, founder of The Leicestershire Flower Farm. You'll hand-pick seasonal blooms and foliage from both the field and flower bar, then receive expert tuition to craft your own stunning hand-tied bouquet to take home.

We are based on a working farm so please dress appropriately as you will be outside for the majority of your visit.
