AUGUST - Floral Ceramics: Flower Pressing

Join us for an enchanting and hands-on workshop with Naomi from Naomi Grace Ceramics and Charlotte from the Leicestershire Flower Farm. This unique event combines the beauty of nature with the art of ceramics, offering a memorable experience for all attendees.

Workshop Highlights:

Private Farm Tour: Begin your day with an exclusive tour of the picturesque Leicestershire Flower Farm, guided by Charlotte and have the opportunity to pick a selection of flowers to take home.

Flower Pressing: Learn the delicate art of pressing seasonal flowers into clay to create your very own wall hanging or plate, capturing the essence of nature’s beauty.

Clay Colouring: Under the expert guidance of Naomi, learn how to colour your clay using a variety of underglazes.

Professional Glazing and Firing: After the session, Naomi will take your piece to be professionally glazed and fired. Your completed ceramic piece will be ready for collection from the farm in 4-6 weeks.

Light Refreshments: Enjoy a selection of light refreshments throughout the workshop to keep you energised and inspired. 

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to explore their creativity and connect with nature. Suitable for seasoned ceramicists and complete beginners alike.
